Our client had been working with a different Salesforce consulting group to support their product rollout on the AppExchange. The consulting group consistently missed deadlines and struggled with the quality and stability of the custom Salesforce app. Time-consuming bug fixes delayed feature rollouts, resulting in a series of missed opportunities for the client.

 

With continued delays, client leadership became concerned that app development issues would hurt their market position and stifle their growth. At this critical point, they turned to EpiGrowth to stabilize the process for the custom app, looking to our team for a fresh perspective and course-correcting intervention.

A high-tech leader in contract management intelligence, also a Salesforce Independent Software Vendor (ISV), began developing an app to streamline operational processes within Salesforce Sales Cloud.

 

The app’s purpose was to enable customers’ Sales, Legal and Operations teams to scale faster and reduce costs.
