Jamiez, an early-stage consumer tech company, set out to transform how busy households manage their daily lives. Their bold vision: to deliver white-glove, in-home support through a premium, tech-enabled Member experience. From daily task coordination to full-spectrum household management, the service model depended on seamless coordination, personalization, and trust, all powered by technology.
When the company first approached us, they were starting from a blank slate – Jamiez did not have a product, backend, or infrastructure to support service delivery. They also lacked an app or system to manage clients, schedule tasks, or facilitate communication. The challenge was to understand the business goals, map the workflows needed to deliver on those goals, and define a seamless experience for members. This analysis was the foundation of the team’s mobile application designs and guided our tech stack recommendations for building the Jamiez ecosystem, through a phased, strategic approach.

“EpiGrowth has been a wonderful partner. Easy to work with, a high level of professionalism. The team really understands my business and I really feel like I have long-term folks that I can keep turning to again in future.”
– Simon Seidler, Founder, Jamiez
EpiGrowth was a strategic partner in transforming Jamiez from idea to a fully realized product, shaping its vision, defining the Member Experience, and designing the systems needed to deliver it at scale.
To lay the groundwork, we collaborated with key stakeholders to capture the service model from a Member-facing and operational perspective. The offering demanded a platform capable of managing detailed household profiles, skills-based task assignments, and high-touch service coordination—needs that went well beyond the capabilities of a standard CRM.
To guide build-versus-buy decisions, EpiGrowth led a structured analysis to identify which components could be integrated from existing systems and which required custom development. Wireframes and visual prototypes supported collaborative working sessions, which aligned stakeholders on key workflows, and validated feature requirements before investing in engineering.
The result was a comprehensive platform strategy and phased implementation plan tailored to Jamiez’s unique service model.
Key deliverables included:
At every step, we focused on building just enough to test, learn, and scale intelligently, ensuring the platform could deliver immediate value from day one yet remain flexible for future evolution.
Following EpiGrowth’s engagement, Jamiez has a comprehensive blueprint to guide its MVP. These assets are necessary for Jamiez’s investor presentations. Additionally, with clearly defined user flows, platform architecture, and mobile-first wireframes, future product managers and engineering teams have the clarity to move forward confidently. Double win!
Implementation teams can rely on a detailed CRM strategy and a scalable data model to support complex household profiles. The phased roadmap allows Jamiez to adjust priorities in response to market feedback or operational shifts without losing momentum. With a clear foundation in place, the company is positioned to launch its MVP strategically and scale with intention .
